So Now Your Blogging But You Need Help.
So you need to hire a VA.
First– What’s a VA?
VA stands for Virtual Assistant! And this term and business has been around for quite sometime but most people are just coming around to getting to understand who they are and what they bring to the table!
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly-skilled, independent professional who remotely provides administrative, technical and/or creative business support services.
Is there something in your business that you need done and you just do not know how to do it. Then find someone and pay them to do this for you. As you will spend less time stressing about it than paying them. And I say this from experience. As there is so many things that I just do not know how to do on the blog so I found a VA and we have become much more than business acquaintances.
Elle Emme is a VA and I trust her with my life, she is my BUSINESS PARTNER, Friend, and Family. And when ever I am faced with something new I know I can ask her for her advice and help and she will be right there to help me out.
And if she doesn’t have the answer she will research and find it for us. And if she does all this for me, then you can see what she would do for you or her other clients. So Please even if you o not need a VA reach out to Ell and follow her as she shares tips and tricks we can all use.
And no, I am not telling you you should hire Elle or any VA For that matter. What I am telling you is to find someone you trust and have them help you because you can do more when you do not try and do it all yourself.
And no, it doesn’t always have to cost you money to get someone to help you out. If you are great a Graphic Designer but horrible at Soial Media find someone online find someone that does Social Media sharing and needs Graphic Design work done and barter with them and let them place your ads while you make the items they need for business.
One you find the person you want to work with make sure to always have everything you agree to in writing and have both of you sign the form and to date it. So there is no misunderstanding on what either of you are supposed to do for the other person. Once this project is done if it works out the way you expected you can add more things to the contract. Or to turn it into a long term business opportunity or even a new business where you partner to help othee business owners out.
But always include a way out encase things aren’t going the way you expect. So inside the contrat you have both of you sign make sure it leaves a out for both of you ad describe what will be expected of the other one if you want out.
So lets say your ready to hire a VA but aren’t sure where to find a VA you can hire you can find VA groups online especially on Facebook. So when I need things I always look through my friend list and see if there is someone on it that could help me. Or I ask questions on Facebook and if someone says they can help I let them know up front I want to Barter for services and people are open to this as they may not want to spend money either.
So never be afraid to ask if they would like to barter because they can only say no, if they do not want to barter you can always ask again later because the first time might not have been the right time. And even if they say no, they might know of someone who would be interested. So always ask nd do not be afraid to ask because most people will not bite.
Thank you,
